Studio Policies

This page provides a general overview of studio expectations. Final enrollment agreements, tuition policies, attendance expectations, and participation requirements should be confirmed through the studio and/or Studio Pro portal.

Registration & Account Access

Parents, guardians, and staff may use the Studio Pro portal for account access, registration-related actions, and studio management tools.

Class Placement

The Movement Collective offers Recreational, Competitive, and Pre-Professional training tracks. Placement may depend on age, experience, goals, availability, readiness, and instructor recommendation.

Attendance & Communication

Consistent attendance supports dancer progress and class continuity. Families should communicate absences, scheduling conflicts, and questions directly with the studio.

Tuition, Fees & Payments

Tuition, fees, payment schedules, and refund policies should be confirmed through official studio communications and the Studio Pro portal.

Safety & Conduct

Dancers, families, and staff are expected to help maintain a respectful, focused, and safe training environment. The studio may address behavior, safety, or participation concerns as needed.
